1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TradeTatics (the "Service") at www.tradetatics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not financial advice

TradeTatics is an educational tool. All data, analyses, scores, predictions, and recommendations displayed on the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. No guarantees

Past performance does not predict future results. The Service relies on third-party market data which may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed.

4. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You must provide an accurate email address.
One person per account. Do not share access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, mirror, or redistribute the Service's data without permission.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to break the Service's security.
Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, code, scoring methodology, and original written content are owned by TradeTatics. Market data is sourced from third parties and remains the property of its respective owners.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers (Supabase for authentication, Google for optional sign-in, Microsoft Azure for hosting). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeTatics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of India.
